The Golders Green Hippodrome was built in 1913 and is a Grade II listed building.
It was acquired by the BBC in the late 1960s and was converted first into
a TV studio and later into a Radio Theatre. It was the home of the BBC Concert
Orchestra but has now been sold by the BBC.
