The layout in the tower was similar to that of the seventh floor. In this section are photos of the Effects Studios, the Lounge and Corridor areas and the Control Room Batteries.

6A was a large Productions studio occupying two floors. It was 36' x 16' x 18', 10,000 cu. ft., with a reverberation time of 0.85 seconds. It could handle three microphones which were mixed in its listening room on the seventh floor. A microphone in 7A was also available to the mixer.

6B was used for speech in plays and for piano music, 19' x 19' x 9', 3,200 cu. ft., with a reverberation time 0.6 seconds.

6C was used for speech in plays, 19' x 19' x 9', 3,200 cu. ft., with a dead acoustic.
